The Ravenwood Nobac 5000 Inline Landscape Linerless Label Applicator was conceived to provide maximum flexibility while eliminating the need to twist the package to attach the wrap-around. In addition, the Nobac 5000 can position labels in different places.
The Nobac 5000 can be fully integrated into a packaging line and connected to weighing scales and printers. To ensure the proper functioning of the applicator, as well as the continuity of the look and feel of labels, Ravenwood has selected a wide range of carriers.
In addition, the Nobac 5000 is also a very user-friendly machine. The roll of labels is ergonomically positioned so that it can be loaded without much effort. Moreover, only one roll needs to be mounted. The labels do not have carrier paper, which makes the system durable, and there is no need to connect an unwinding reel. Changeover is quicker and production line downtime is limited. What’s more, the Nobac 5000 is also available in a twin version, which means it can continue to run without interruption.
The RAVENWOOD 5000L machine was designed and developed to apply cardboard ‘lids’ to cardboard trays. In combination, the lid and tray form a complete ‘package’ for fresh fruit and vegetable products. The result is a sustainable, recyclable alternative to the classic blister, tray, and foil packaging.
This concept, moreover, is compact and flexible. The openings in the packaging allow the products to breathe freely and remain visible to the consumer.
