In this role, you will be responsible, alongside your team, for managing all aspects of our client relationships. You will work closely with customers, overseeing the development and maintenance of business partnerships in various sectors (food, pharma, chemistry, construction, etc.). Your role will be to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure client satisfaction. Clever CPL is an informal organization with a team of dedicated colleagues.

In this role, you will be responsible, along with your colleagues, for the daily handling of all technology-related matters. You will assist customers and be involved in the installation, maintenance, and repair of the equipment we provide to businesses in various sectors (food, pharma, chemistry, construction, etc.). Reporting to the Activity Manager, your mission is to support him in the exercise of his function in order to achieve the requested objectives. For these purposes, you participate in the administrative management of activities, ensure the management of customer requests and the monitoring of files. You also establish the various reports.
You have a secondary education diploma or can provide proof of equivalent experience.
You demonstrate rigor and precision;

You have a perfect command of MS Office and are comfortable with IT tools.

You have a bachelor’s degree in an industrial field with a specialization in quality or equivalent experience
You have at least 5 years of experience in the field of quality
You have in-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AFSCA standards and their implementation.
You are able to work to strict deadlines and manage multiple projects at the same time
You are autonomous and proactive
You are organized, rigorous and methodical
You are dynamic
You have excellent analytical and synthesis skills and are solution oriented
You communicate easily both orally and in writing

Sales Director Intralogistics

In deze leidinggevende functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van salesleads tot het sluiten van de verkoopsovereenkomst. Met een ervaren lokaal team en een Sales and Engineering Center in het hoofdkantoor in Zwitserland om jouw activiteiten te ondersteunen, beschik je over een platform voor de verkoop van intralogistieke (ILO) oplossingen in een groot aantal sectoren. Deze rol is weggelegd voor een ervaren salesprofessional die op zoek is naar een state-of-the-art productassortiment en die zijn inspanningen richt op het ontwikkelen van waardevolle en winstgevende klantenrelaties.

Er wordt een opleiding voorzien in ons hoofdkantoor te Zwitserland, waarbij je ons portfolio en productengamma zal leren kennen.

• Je wordt ingeschakeld voor opdrachten bij klanten voornamelijk in BE, maar ook in buitenland
• Je installeert nieuwe machines, neemt ze in productie en geeft opleiding aan operatoren
• Je staat in voor het elektromechanisch onderhoud, preventief en curatief
• Je spoort storingen op en verhelpt ze (mechanische als elektrische storingen aan technische installaties en onderdelen (motoren, sensoren, uitlezen PLC sturingen, …)
• Na een opleidingsperiode in binnen- en buitenland, gevolgd door een inwerkperiode met een collega, werk je zowel individueel als in teamverband
Profiel
• Hoger technische diploma (Elektromechanica, Automatisatie, …) of een TSO A2 elektrotechniek en/of mechanica diploma en enkele jaren ervaring als servicetechnieker
• Ervaring meet- en regeltechniek en/of aandrijf- en besturingstechniek, is een plus
• Zelfstandig werken, stipt, ordelijk, communicatief
• Noties PLC sturingen
• Geldig rijbewijs B
• Nederlands- of Franstalig en voldoende kennis Engels en/of Duits
