ASSISTANT TO THE ACTIVITY MANAGER (M/F)

Reporting to the Activity Manager, your mission is to support him in the exercise of his function in order to achieve the requested objectives. For these purposes, you participate in the administrative management of activities, ensure the management of customer requests and the monitoring of files. You also establish the various reports. You have a secondary education diploma or can provide proof of equivalent experience. You demonstrate rigor and precision; You have great organizational skills; You demonstrate responsiveness based on needs and priorities; You have a perfect command of MS Office and are comfortable with IT tools.

Develop production planning for the relevant area for day D+1.
Be in contact with the customer and ensure operational monitoring (production data, reception/shipping, in order to inform them of the monitoring of the activity
Collect the elements and establish the reports, statistics for monitoring the activity for the client and transmit them within the allotted deadlines
Participate in updating activity reports and various business dashboards and indicators (yield, quantities delivered/invoiced, consumption)
Monitor product receipts and manage incoming orders in the ERP
Participate in verifying the correct shipment of goods and then developing invoicing elements
Manage transport disputes
Write and ensure administrative follow-up of logistics documents (CMR,.)
Align stocks in the internal ERP and communicate with customers to synchronize the database, take inventories
Monitoring the stock level in order to achieve quantity, quality and stock availability objectives for production
Report stock shortages to customers
Classify, archive all documents relating to order/transport management
Respect and ensure compliance with safety rules in the storage hall, on the loading or unloading docks
Participate in customer relationship management (documents, file monitoring,) at the request of the N+1
Monitor customer production in progress and carry out the necessary reminders
Enter the accounting data necessary for invoicing into the various information systems
Participate in the writing and/or updating of procedures, quality instructions and operating methods
Ensure the role of Back-up of the assistant to the Activity Manager of other sectors if necessary
Perform various administrative and coding tasks for the maintenance service and our LR Ventil department
