ASSISTANT TO THE ACTIVITY MANAGER (M/F)
Reporting to the Activity Manager, your mission is to support him in the exercise of his function in order to achieve the requested objectives. For these purposes, you participate in the administrative management of activities, ensure the management of customer requests and the monitoring of files. You also establish the various reports.
You have a secondary education diploma or can provide proof of equivalent experience.
You demonstrate rigor and precision;
You have great organizational skills;
You demonstrate responsiveness based on needs and priorities;
You have a perfect command of MS Office and are comfortable with IT tools.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM COORDINATOR (M/F)
Being the director, the actor, the ally of the establishment of a culture of quality within the company, you are the support of all the drivers of the process within the organization.
You have a bachelor’s degree in an industrial field with a specialization in quality or equivalent experience
You have at least 5 years of experience in the field of quality
You have in-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AFSCA standards and their implementation.
You are able to work to strict deadlines and manage multiple projects at the same time
You are autonomous and proactive
You are organized, rigorous and methodical
You are dynamic
You have excellent analytical and synthesis skills and are solution oriented
You communicate easily both orally and in writing
You have excellent computer skills.
